Tuesday March 14, 2017
Immediately following short PTSA business meeting.
Inspired by her background in human biology and her passion for cooking, Haleh offers a refreshing approach through the healing powers of foods. Known for her warmth and nutritional expertise, Haleh believes that every individual is unique and so tailors her nutritional approach to each client's personal goals and comfort level.
Through her personal struggles with her health and the need to understand her relationship with food, Haleh realized that they key to a successful transformation is small but steady steps. She invites her clients to shift their mindset about lack of self-control or fear of failing the new diet to viewing their bodies as a living machine. Where food is the foundation for every hormone or chemical massage. Haleh creates a stress-free and judgment-free environment for her clients where, together, they can thrive and achieve goals.
Haleh received her Master's of Science from Bastyr University and is a Certified Nutritionist in the State of Washington. She is bilingual and speaks both English and Farsi. When not working with clients, Haleh enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with food, teaching tricks to her dog, and enjoying the outdoors.
